Good morning from PDX! It is 5 am, 46 degrees, calm and 93% humidity. NO MORE SLEEPS!!!! Race time is just two hours away! I've slept well the last three nights and that is huge for me. As one that deals with an autoimmune disease, sleep doesn't come easy. Then throw in the cold temperatures and my body begins to scream. Yesterday we were blessed with a gorgeous day here in the Pacific Northwest, lots of sunshine while we were out walking with dear friends that blessed us by meeting us here from Maui. What an awesome surprise and blessing!!
