Thankful Thursday

  • I am thankful for God's word and how He continues to place a hunger in me to know Him more and love Him more than I ever have before but not nearly like I will tomorrow.
  • I am thankful for heat, for a home, for a car and for a coat. It is cold here!!! -7 this morning at 6:00 a.m. way before the sun ever came up.
  • I am thankful for the opportunity to have met two bloggers over the weekend at a Deeper Still event in Oklahoma City. See here to get a better idea of the weekend.
  • I am thankful for men and women that the Lord has allowed to be a part of His plan to lead us deeper into the truths of His word. TO DIG DEEPER!
  • I am thankful for my own Man that is so loving towards me and patient. Yesterday late afternoon he was headed out the door and he lovingly said, would you like for me to light a fire in the basement? He spent 30 minutes getting our pellet stove lit due to the very cold temperatures, and I so appreciated the servant heart that he has for others and for me. That wasn't in his plans, but he was so loving and caring in giving of himself.

Care to join us? Hop on over to Sonya's and lets praise God together!

We all have a lot to be thankful for and sometimes we forget even the little things, at least I do.

Love that you found a gathering of Christian bloggers in your area! Deeper Still indeed! And I believe through what I am learning is the way deeper is through Thanksgiving!

Blessings on your journey!

Yolanda,

What a blessing to get the opportunity to meet with fellow bloggers! I can't wait for the same opportunity as well.

Your hubby was so special to make the time for you to keep you warm while he was gone. Truth a thankful blessing.
